MICHELLE WOODWARD

Michelle is a vibrant fitness professional who has shared her passion of fitness for over 25 years. She believes “movement is medicine”.  A lifelong multi passionate fitness enthusiast, Michelle has built her career around personal training, indoor cycling and small group fitness classes.

Educating, coaching and motivating her clients to live a vital healthy life has been a source of fulfillment.  Michelle understands the challenges that come with aging, nagging injuries and life stressors that can cause chronic pain.  At this point in her career, she is focusing on corrective issues that can occur in the body.  In a constant quest to learn and add to her credentials, she is practicing “The Melt Method”.  Myofascial Energetic Length Technique.  This technique is designed to help rehydrate connective tissue, which supports organs, bones and muscles.  Michelle wants to educate her clients on the importance of caring for connective tissue and how it will assist in living a vital life!
