MICHELLE MATURO

Michelle is a vibrant fitness professional who has encouraged and motivated thousands of people over the course of her 20 years in the fitness industry.  A lifelong multi-passionate fitness enthusiast, athlete, and coach, she cultivated an indoor cycling niche with Elevation in 2007. The first 'boutique' spinning studio in the area,  Elevation quickly earned a favorable reputation as the place to go for a complete indoor cycling experience.  As demand for services grew, Elevation expanded its offerings to include personal training and a broader range of group fitness options including TRX Suspension Training.

Michelle is committed to keeping Elevation on the cutting edge of emerging fitness trends and is delighted to share her experience and enthusiasm with her clients to keep them healthy, happy and inspired!  When not at Elevation, Michelle can often be found on her road bike, enjoying outdoor adventures, and socializing with friends.

JEN KIRSCH

Jen is passionate about creating a challenging yet attainable workout experience for all her clients regardless of where they are on their fitness journey. Her fitness philosophy is based on the idea that in order to experience a fully vital and happy life, movement is essential!  Jen strives to create efficient and results oriented exercise programs that are also fun!  

Jen launched her fitness career in 1992 first as a group fitness instructor, and later went on to become a Personal Trainer, and a 200-hr RYT Yoga Teacher. Jen is also certified in Spinning and TRX Suspension Training.

When not at Elevation, Jen enjoys road cycling, hiking with her yellow Lab Hudson, and working on her handstands.

ANNIE DINO

Annie is both a licensed physical therapist and a NASM/AFAA certified Personal Trainer with nearly 30 years of experience.  She favors a functional approach to personal training and is influenced by her physical therapy background when designing her clients' programs. Annie is also certified in Russian Kettlebell Training and is well versed in this modality. Her training philosophy is to provide workouts that are safe, efficient and challenging.

Annie has recently embraced Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and is also a Spartan Group X instructor. She is an accomplished Spartan competitor and competes in the Sprint, Super and Beast distances. 

When not crawling in mud, under barbed wire, or scaling 8 foot walls, you can find Annie running, chopping wood, or hanging with her friends and family. She also mentors children in Bridgeport and is active in her church.

CRISTINA LOMBARDOZZI

Rain or shine, hardly a day passes that you won't find Cristina out on the road running. To say that running is her passion would be an understatement. She has completed numerous half-marathons, marathons, and long distance relay events.  Understanding the importance of cross training, Cristina also enjoys outdoor cycling, and of course, teaching Spinning and TRX classes to the most energetic, athletes in the area at Elevation!

After the birth of her second child, Cristina left behind a corporate marketing job to pursue a career in health and wellness.  An AFAA certified Personal Trainer, Spinning and TRX Training Instructor, she recently graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, and is now also a Certified Nutritional Coach.

Cristina believes that consistency and discipline are two key factors for a successful fitness program.
