ELEVATION SPIN
Whether you are a new rider, veteran or somewhere in between, I believe spinning is for you. I have been teaching for 27 years and I stay true to the authentic spinning experience. I encourage utilization of heart rate and energy training zones mixed in with motivating music. Although we are riding together on a computer screen, the passion and camaraderie are felt! We are a community.

Strength Training, non-impact cardio, compound and core moves all wrapped up into one! This total body workout is a sure fire way to challenge your fitness!

FUNCTIONAL CORE/MELT
This class is a hybrid of core stability exercises, balance & stability and Melt compression techniques to help restore and rehydrate connective tissue. A soft roller is recommended.
