MARY BETH YOUNG
Natasha discovered her passion for teaching group fitness shortly after the birth of her first child. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Natasha is also an accomplished marathoner and road cyclist. In addition to teaching Spinning at Elevation, she is also a NASM Personal Trainer, TRX and Pilates Instructor. Natasha shares her extensive knowledge with her students by teaching them not only how move better, but how to live better.
