MARY BETH YOUNG

Mary Beth is a “very seasoned fitness professional” with a passion for life, health and fitness that has carried her throughout her 30 year career. She began as an aerobics instructor in 1982 and hasn't stopped since!   Teaching countless fitness classes, including Spinning, she is also an accomplished Pilates Instructor.

Mary Beth's contagious enthusiasm and knack for creative cuing keeps her students coming back for more. Her Spinning classes feature a diverse and motivating soundtrack and offer alignment cues inspired by her extensive Pilates knowledge.
